Collaboration workshop x Fabulous Fungi - past workshop
During this special workshop, participants will learn how to dye textiles with natural dyes, including plants and fungi.
The workshop offers the unique opportunity to discover the secrets of natural dyeing under the guidance of myself, a passionate natural dyer, and Ilse Kremer, founder of Fabulous Fungi. Her Rotterdam based lab creates stunning natural colours from fungi.
For the first time, this workshop will bring together the combined expertise of both professionals, exploring different natural materials and techniques. You will have the chance to discover the diverse properties of these natural materials such as plants and bacteria and learn how to apply them in your own creative projects.
This workshop has never been held before and is a unique opportunity to explore the rich world of natural dyes. Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience, this is a workshop you don’t want to miss!
What to bring:
A clean, white piece of clothing made from natural materials (such as cotton or wool)
A clean plastic bag for your dyed clothing
Optional: a notebook and pen to take notes
Incl., materials, coffee/tea/cookies

The workshop is held in dutch and optional in english ( if one or more participants are not talking dutch)
